Cookie Policy
Last updated July 22, 2026
A cookie is a small piece of data a website asks your browser to store, usually to remember who you are or what you did on a previous visit. This page explains which cookies are involved in a visit to HemNote, and who sets them.
Cookies HemNote sets
HemNote sets no first-party tracking cookies. We don't use cookies to build a profile of your visit, remember your preferences, or follow you across sessions. When enabled, our traffic analytics run on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design — it measures aggregate page views without writing anything to your browser's storage.
Cookies set by others
Most links on HemNote point to brand and retailer websites, and many of those are affiliate links. When you click through and land on a retailer's site, that site — or the affiliate network behind it, such as Awin or Impact.com — may set its own cookie on its own domain. That cookie is how the retailer attributes a resulting purchase back to HemNote for commission purposes. We do not set, read, or have access to those cookies; they belong to the destination site and are governed by its own cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
If you use our contact form, the third-party form processor, Web3Forms, may use its own cookies as part of submitting and securing the form; that use is governed by Web3Forms's own policies, not set by HemNote directly.
Managing cookies
Because HemNote itself doesn't rely on cookies to function, you can browse this site normally with cookies disabled or blocked in your browser. If you want to control cookies set by destination sites after you click an outbound link, you can manage or clear them through your browser's settings — typically under privacy or site-data controls — or use private/incognito browsing for individual sessions.
